What an incredible week we've had at HIS! A huge congratulations to all our students on an amazing International Assembly! The performances were truly wonderful, and we all learned so much about different countries and cultures. From energetic dabke steps to the fun of the chicken dance, each moment was filled with joy and enthusiasm. A special shoutout to our 3rd and 4th graders for their entertaining skit, and thank you to our presenters for sharing insightful information about India and Kazakhstan. It has been a busy and productive week across all grade levels, with students engaged in academics, creativity, extracurriculars, and experiential learning. Here are some of the highlights from this week: 🎒 Primary Years Programme (PYP) Highlights: Our youngest learners have been exploring transportation, moving from identifying different types to understanding how and why we use them. It’s been exciting to watch their curiosity and thinking develop!Creativity has been shining in various ways, from storytelling and art to hands-on projects. What a fantastic week it's been! Our students are currently engaged in insightful self-reflections on their first semester, a valuable process for growth and learning. We have much to anticipate and celebrate as we look ahead to an exciting second semester.
