Counseling Corner:
First, a heartfelt thank you to all the amazing parents and students for welcoming me with such warmth. I’m truly excited to be part of the wonderful HIS family. 💛
What an amazing month it’s been! Students across all grades explored the theme of Social Awareness with a focus on the IB learner profile of Open-Mindedness. Through videos, stories, and activities, they had thoughtful conversations about what it means to embrace new ideas and celebrate differences.
Here are some links to resources to keep the conversation going at home:

Looking ahead, December’s SEL theme will be Relationship Skills, paired with the IB learner profile of Communicators. Students will learn practical tools to strengthen their friendships, collaborate with peers, and build positive relationships. We can’t wait to see the incredible growth this next chapter will bring!
Stay tuned for grade-specific Parent Coffees – the first will be Grade 1/2 on December 10th.☕✨

Happy Friday, everyone!
There are only a few weeks left until winter break and we are still working hard!
Thank you to the people who have already brought snack donations for the Christmas event. We still need quite a few more, so please donate candy or snacks in the red box if you are able.
We have had a change of schedule and are moving both our snack shop and candy wrapping date to Friday, December 13. We appreciate everyone who has supported our snack shop in the past. Thanks to you, we are able to use the proceeds to improve our school.
Thank you so much for your continued support!
