If you prefer to park and walk your child inside, please be considerate when parking in front of nearby homes.
For safety reasons, we cannot open the playground parking lot.
The safety of all students is our top priority.

Personal Project
Grade 10 have several projects where they need to research new skills this year. One is their Personal Project which helps them identify areas they would like to grow, and another is their first Design unit where they are designing for a Client of their choice. For both of these projects, students are encouraged to find experts or someone knowledgable in the skills they would like to develop, but they might not have connections to someone with the skill set they would like to improve. This is where you can help! Our Grade 10 students are interested in the following topics:Personal Project- knitting, video editing, mechanical engineering, costume design, interior design, oceanography, book making, volleyball skills, music composition, woodworking, ornithology, and nutrition.
Grade 10 Design for a Client- fashion design, graphic design, video editing, book/magazine layout design, board game design, memory games, shoe design, kitchen tool design, product design using simple machines, coding Arduino sensors.

PTA WOLFPACK
In preparation for the Halloween Carnival on November 1, we will be having a PTA general meeting on Thursday, September 19 from 9-10am. Please bring your best ideas for Halloween themed games! In order to comply with new CSI security measures, we ask those parents coming to the school to go directly to the front office to sign in. After signing in, we ask that you please go directly to the library to minimize classroom distraction. If you are unable to attend in person, the meeting will be available on Zoom. We hope that you can attend in person or online!
One of the ways to help out with Halloween this year is to donate candy and snacks to be used at the carnival. We will be taking peanut free candy and snack donations from October 1. Please help out if possible!
We are also looking forward to the upcoming Bonfire night on November 8. Please mark your calendars and stay tuned as we have more information about ways you can help coming shortly.
Lastly, we will be having our first PTA Snack Shop of the year on September 24-25. Please have your child bring cash if they would like to purchase a healthy snack during their morning snack time.
We are looking forward to working with you soon!
The PTA Wolfpack.
