I hope you have been able to enjoy a decent break over this long weekend.
It was another exciting week at HIS.
We started things off with an amazing ‘Hot Lunch’ with the PTA Wolfpack. Thank you for your hard work and wonderful support! The curry was excellent.
After School Clubs and Activities are now in full swing. HIS students are immersed in a wide range of inspiring, creative and fun initiatives.
The Korean Assembly was superb. Please check the pictures in our Gallery to relive the excitement.
Valentine’s Day is coming next week. The PTA Wolfpack have lots of treats ready to go!

Primary School Talent Show: A Grade 5 Initiative
Here are the details:
Dates: N day February 19, February 27 and March 06
Time: Assembly Time at 2:40 pm
The talent show can be individual, in pairs or even groups of 4-5 students.
Please encourage your child to speak to their teacher to sign up for any of these days.

We hope everyone had a great Monday off!
Reminder, this week Wolfpack Shop is Feb. 13 & 14th. An assortment of snacks and sandwiches along with special Valentine’s treats ranging from 100-200¥. Please remember to send your children money if you would like them to purchase snacks.
PYP Treat bags will be given out on Tuesday Feb. 13 for them to give out to friends and family on Valentines day.
International Festival Spotlight: Leading up to the International Festival we would like to highlight an area that we are working on. This week we would like to focus on the Raffle. The Raffle at the Festival is always a hit. In the past we have had prizes like a Nintendo Switch, Hilton Hotel Voucher, Carp Baseball Tickets, skateboards, PS5, and many more.
We are looking for ideas for raffle prizes. Do you have a good idea of a prize, or maybe you have a contact that we should speak to about providing a voucher? Please let us know! If you can donate to the Raffle or would like to help find donations please contact Naoko.
